Privacy Policy

I believe in keeping things personal, not public.
That means I treat your information the same way I’d want mine to be treated: carefully, respectfully, and only when it’s truly needed.

This policy explains what I collect, how I use it, and what your rights are.

What I collect, and why

When you place an order or sign up for updates, I collect only what’s necessary to keep things running smoothly.

This may include:

Your name, Email address, shipping address, payment details (securely handled via Shopify Payments, not stored by me) and order history.

I use this information to:

Process and deliver your order, contact you about your order if needed and to send occasional email updates if you’ve asked for them

I do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. Ever.

Newsletter & email updates

If you sign up to hear from me, thank you.
I’ll only send you emails when I have something to share: a new piece, a story from the garden, or a quiet reminder.
You can unsubscribe anytime with one click. I won’t take it personally.

Cookies & tracking

The website uses small tools (cookies) to help it function and to understand how visitors use it.
I’ll never use this data to pressure you or follow you around.

You can adjust your cookie settings in your browser anytime.

Shopify & third-party tools

This store runs on Shopify, which securely processes all transactions and manages the storefront.
Trusted partners may access your shipping details, but only so they can deliver what you’ve ordered.
They are not allowed to use your information for anything else.

How long I keep things

I keep order records only as long as needed for legal, accounting or customer service reasons.
You can always ask to see what I have on file, or to have your data removed. Just send a message.

Your rights (and mine)

You have the right to:

See what personal information I hold.

Correct it if something’s wrong.

Ask me to delete it.

Withdraw consent for marketing.

Complain if something feels off (though I hope it won’t).

If you're based in Canada or the EU, these rights are supported by law.

Questions?

If you have any questions about how your information is handled, you can reach out anytime using the contact page.
I’ll answer as clearly and kindly as I can.
