Refunds
Every now and then, something doesn’t quite work out, and that’s okay.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, I’ll let you know right away.
At that point, you can choose how you’d like to proceed.
You can choose:
A full refund
This will be sent back to the original payment method you used at checkout.
You don’t need to do anything else. Just let me know that this is your preference.
A store credit
If you’d rather wait and choose something later, that’s fine too.
I’ll send you a store credit code by email, with no expiry date and no pressure to use it quickly.
How long does it take?
Once the return has arrived and been checked:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take another few days to appear on your statement.
Store credit codes are usually sent the same day your return is approved.

What qualifies for a refund?
To be eligible for a refund or credit:
Items must be returned in original condition
(unworn, unwashed, without damage or strong scents).
The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
The item must not be listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
What isn’t refunded
Shipping costs are not refunded, unless something was wrong with the item.
Gift cards or store credits can’t be exchanged for cash.
Any item returned in used or damaged condition may not be refunded.
